2.WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymised data. We may process certain types of personal data about you as follows:

• Contact Data may include your billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

If you participate in our online surveys, we may collect this health information. We will only use this information for research, training, quality monitoring or evaluating the services we provide. We will not pass on your details to anyone else without your express permission.

This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
